Quinoa Souffle

- 200g quinoa shopping list
- white sauce ingredients: shopping list
- 3 spoonful flour shopping list
- 3 spoonful butter shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoonful nutmeg shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoonful black pepper shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoonful dried thyme shopping list
- 1 tin evaporated milk shopping list
- 6 units eggs shopping list
- 1/4 lt cramer's milk shopping list
- 150 gr parmesan cheese shopping list
How to make it
- - Cook the quinoa in water that the cover for 20 minutes.
- - Make white sauce by frying flour in butter until bubbly, add seasonings and milk.
- .Beat the egg yolks and mix with hot sauce, put everything together and add the cream and cheese (100gr). When cool, add the egg whites until stiff.
- - Place in a refractary mold (preferred), well greased and floured. Sprinkle with remaining grated cheese. 180° C oven for 1/2 hour.
