- 9 leaves gold gelatine shopping list
- 1000ml milk shopping list
- 800ml cream shopping list
- 3 sticks lemongrass (crushed) shopping list
- 3 camomile teabags shopping list
- zest of 1 lemon shopping list
- 2 vanilla pods halved shopping list
- 400g sugar shopping list
How to make it
- warm milk/cream in pan add lemongrass sugar and bring to boil
- add teabags and infuse for 5 minutes with the lemon zest
- remove from heat add gelatine and leave to cool
- when cold (as gelatine separates from mix if still warm) pour into chilled dariole moulds
- makes 20 plus servings..picture on left is the actually dish done by me
