How to make it

  • combine nutella and mascapone mix till smooth watch out for lumps (but i like these)
  • warm chocolate must be added to the nutella mascapone mix then
  • quickly add gelatine and lastly and quickly the cream
  • pour onto your base smooth off and chill for at least 3 hours

    you need to use at least 64-80oc (dark) cocoa solid chocolate its expensive but worth it
