How to make it

  • Combine fruit and sugar.
  • Let stand about 20 minutes stirring occasionally.
  • Boil powdered pectin and water rapidly for one minute, stirring constantly.
  • Remove from heat.
  • Add the fruit and stir about one minute.
  • Pour into jars and cover with lids.
  • Let stand at room temperatuure from 24 to 48 hours or until jells. Store in freezer.
  • Once opened, store in refridgerator.
  • Use within 6 weeks once opened
