Strawberry Freezer Jam

- 2 cups finely mashed or sieved strawberries shopping list
- 4 cups sugar shopping list
- 1 box powdered pectin shopping list
- 1 cup water shopping list
How to make it
- Combine fruit and sugar.
- Let stand about 20 minutes stirring occasionally.
- Boil powdered pectin and water rapidly for one minute, stirring constantly.
- Remove from heat.
- Add the fruit and stir about one minute.
- Pour into jars and cover with lids.
- Let stand at room temperatuure from 24 to 48 hours or until jells. Store in freezer.
- Once opened, store in refridgerator.
- Use within 6 weeks once opened
