How to make it
- Place margarine, cream cheese, coconut milk, vanilla and lemon juice in the small bowl of a food processor, pulse to combine.
- Slowly add in powdered sugar, one tablespoon at a time, pulsing in each addition.
- Chill thoroughly before serving.
