Vegan Clotted Creme

- 6 Tbsp. vegan margarine shopping list
- 6 Tbsp. vegan cream cheese (i.e. Tofutti) shopping list
- 3 Tbsp. coconut milk (not low fat) shopping list
- 1/2 tsp vanilla shopping list
- 1/4 tsp lemon juice shopping list
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar shopping list
How to make it
- Place margarine, cream cheese, coconut milk, vanilla and lemon juice in the small bowl of a food processor, pulse to combine.
- Slowly add in powdered sugar, one tablespoon at a time, pulsing in each addition.
- Chill thoroughly before serving.
