Ingredients
  • 1/2 c. of uncooked white rice
  • 1 c. of water
  • 2 fluid oz. of lemon juice
  • 1 (10.75 oz) can of condensed cream of chicken soup
  • 1 1/4 c. of milk

Directions
  1. First take the soup and milk in a medium pan over medium flame.
  2. Let the cook thoroughly whisking often.
  3. Now in a smaller pan boil together 1 c. of water and the rice. Let become tender.
  4. Now add the rice to the soup and let this cook through.
  5. Now add in the lemon in small drops until you get the desired taste.
  6. Ladle and serve.
  7. Slices of lemon make this a festive finish!
