How to make it

  • Bring enough water in a pan to a boil to cover the broccolli, add and cook for 6 min.
  • Preheat oven to 180 C.
  • Oil an ovenproof dish (Pyrex) with 1 tbs olive oil and devide the broccolli on the bottom.
  • Add cherry tomatoes in between.
  • Make 4 gaps and break eggs one by one in each gap.
  • Mix yoghurt with onion, garlig and feta cheese and put with a spoon on the vegetables, take care not to cover the eggs.
  • Sprinkle with oregano and taste with pepper and salt.
  • Sprinkle with the rest of the olive oil and bake for 12 minutes or longer depending on how you like your eggs.
  • Serve with cold beer and a warm baquette, for the kids add French fries.
