Coffee Mallow Pie Recipe

How to make it

  • Stir butter and instant coffee into boiling water.
  • Add marshmallows and whisk until melted.
  • Set saucepan on ice and whisk until chilled.
  • Whip cream, do not add sugar, otherwise will be too sweet.
  • Fold cream into coffee mallow mixture.
  • Spoon into pie crust, garnish with whipped cream and chocolate curls.
