Easy Chicken Pot Pie

- 1 pkg rolled dough pie crusts shopping list
- 1 cooked rotisserie chicken (I use traditional flavored from walmart) shopping list
- 1 can cream of chicken soup shopping list
- 1/3 soup can water shopping list
- 1 small can mixed peas & carrots shopping list
- salt & pepper to taste shopping list
How to make it
- Let pie crusts sit out while you mix the filling.
- Pull chicken off the bone and cut into small chunks.
- Place chicken in bowl and mix in soup and water.
- Mix well before you add peas/carrots.
- Mix in peas& carrots, be careful not to crush them
- Add salt & pepper.
- Place one of the pie crusts in bottom of glass pie dish
- Pour filling in.
- Place the other pie crust on top and pinch edges together.
- Make slits on top crust.
- Place pie on cookie sheet and bake on 400 for 30-45 minutes until golden brown.
