Halloween Deviled Eggs Recipe

How to make it

  • Cook eggs hard boiled style, let cool
  • remove shell, rinse and slice in half length wise
  • remove inside yolk (careful not to break the egg) add to bowl
  • arrange all the eggs on platter
  • in bowl mix yolks, mayo, salt, pepper, garlic powder and either a few drops of green food colouring or a tablepsoon of guacamole( in pic is food colouring)
  • place yolk mix into eggs
  • use olives for spiders and/or eyeballs
  • use ketchup/hot sause /red food colour for pupils and blood
  • enjoy!!!

    Made these as an appy for Hubby and I Halloween night. Devilled eggs are always a hit in our household and these were no exception. I used green food colouring to tint the egg yolk mayo mixture and ketchup to make the bloodshot eyes. Fun and easy! :) More in IMI11.
