How to make it

  • thinly slice salmon and put aside
  • squeeze juices and add tablespoon of honey
  • chop coriander add to salmon
  • dip salmon into the mixture leave for a few seconds and watch as fish cooks in the marinade
  • sprinkle with pepper and coriander
  • (prepare a small side salad for this dish of you want)
  • eat as is or drape over salad leaves
