Walnut Ginger Salmon

- 1 Tbs brown sugar shopping list
- 1 Tbs Dijon mustard shopping list
- 1 Tbs soy sauce shopping list
- 1 tsp ground ginger shopping list
- 4 skinless salmon fillets(4 oz. ea) shopping list
- 1/4 c walnuts shopping list
How to make it
- In large re-sealable plastic bag,combine brown sugar,mustard,soy sauce and ginger;add the salmon. Seal bag and turn to coat;refrigerate for 30 mins.,turning occasionally.
- Drain and discard marinade. Place salmon on foil-lined baking sheet coated with cooking spray. Broil 4-6" from theheat or till fish flakes easily with a fork,sprinkling with walnuts during the last 2 mins.of cooking time.
