How to make it

  • Cut all 3 bellpeppers into thin stripes
  • Dice Onion
  • Cut Jalopeno Pepper into 4ths than dice w/seed's
  • In a saute pan add butter, bellpeppers,onion, & jalopeno
  • Saute till crisp
  • In a baking pan lightly coat with cooking spray,
  • Season Chicken Breast with salt & pepper (I personaly also us Tony Sacheres Cayjun Seasoning)
  • Lay Chicken Breast in pan, spread sauted mix over chicken evanly
  • Pour picante sause & rotelle tomatoes over the mix be sure to spread evanly
  • Bake in the oven at 350 degrees for 60 minutes.
  • Remove from oven spread cheese over chicken & cook another 2 minutes.
  • Remove then Serve with Spanish Rice
