How to make it

  • First you want to remove the stems of the callaloo leaves, and then chop.
  • Next in a large pot you can add the callaloo leaves, chicken stock, onion, beef, pepper, shallots, thyme, chili pepper, and the crab meat.
  • Put a lid on the pot and let this cook over low flame about 25 min.
  • Next you can add in the oka cooking approx. 8 min.
  • Now you wan tto remove the chili pepper .
  • In your blender puree the soup.
  • Reheat if needed.
  • Ladle and serve!
