Sweet Potato Pie Recipe

How to make it

  • Blend all ingredients (except the pie shell) together, mixing well.
  • Pour blended mixture into the pie shell and bake at 350 F until set.
  • Cool and top with whipped cream for serving.

    I put bourbon in pecan pie all the time but I've never used it in a sweet potato pie. It sounds so good I've got to try it. Just printed your recipe. Thanks for sharing! :)
