Pecan Tarts

- Crust: shopping list
- 3 oz. cream cheese shopping list
- 1 stick butter(1/2 c) shopping list
- 1 c flour shopping list
- 1/8 tsp salt shopping list
- Filling: shopping list
- 3/4 c lt brown sugar shopping list
- 1 egg shopping list
- 1/8 tsp salt shopping list
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon shopping list
- 1 Tbs. butter,softened shopping list
- 1/2 c chopped pecans shopping list
- 1 tsp vanilla shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a mini-muffin pan well with vegetable oil spray'including the top. In a large mixing bowl,cream together the cream cheese and butter till light and fluffy.. Add the flour and salt,mix well.
- Line the cups of a mini-muffin pan with crust dough,being sure to press the dough up the sides. you can either put a ballof doughinto each slot and work it into shapes up the side or roll out dough and cut a biscuit round and press it in-either way works.
- In seperate bowl,combine filling ingredients and mix well. Pour into the pastry-lined muffin cups and bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 mins until brown and almost firm. Let cool briefly before removing from the pan-they come out best when warm but not hot.
