How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a mini-muffin pan well with vegetable oil spray'including the top. In a large mixing bowl,cream together the cream cheese and butter till light and fluffy.. Add the flour and salt,mix well.
  • Line the cups of a mini-muffin pan with crust dough,being sure to press the dough up the sides. you can either put a ballof doughinto each slot and work it into shapes up the side or roll out dough and cut a biscuit round and press it in-either way works.
  • In seperate bowl,combine filling ingredients and mix well. Pour into the pastry-lined muffin cups and bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 mins until brown and almost firm. Let cool briefly before removing from the pan-they come out best when warm but not hot.
