How to make it

  • in a large bowl beat eggs and add all other indgredients
  • mix with hands gently and do not over mix
  • put water or olive oil over hands and make the meatballs. oil or water will prevent the meatballs from sticking to your hands
  • place meatballs on baking sheet and bake for 20 mins.in a pre-heated 450 oven until cooked..
