Healthier Meatloaf

- 2 ilbs lean ground beef shopping list
- 1/2 cup 100% wheat bran shopping list
- 3 slices of whole wheat bread shopping list
- 1/2 cup milk shopping list
- 1/2 cup grated carrot shopping list
- 1/2 cup grated zuchinni shopping list
- 1 lg onion chopped shopping list
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan shopping list
- 2 tsp salt shopping list
- 1 tsp black pepper shopping list
- Sauce shopping list
- 2 cans cream of mushroom soup shopping list
- 1/2 cup of milk shopping list
- 2 cups of sliced mushrooms shopping list
How to make it
- Put bread and bran in a large bowl and cover with 1/2 cup of milk
- let stand for 5 minutes
- add beef, carrot, zuchinni, onion, parmesan , salt and pepper
- mix well and shape into a large loaf
- place in a 9x13 baking dish
- bake in a 350 degree oven for 45 min
- remove from oven, drain grease
- combine soup, milk and mushrooms
- pour over meat and bake 20 minutes longer
