How to make it

  • Put bread and bran in a large bowl and cover with 1/2 cup of milk
  • let stand for 5 minutes
  • add beef, carrot, zuchinni, onion, parmesan , salt and pepper
  • mix well and shape into a large loaf
  • place in a 9x13 baking dish
  • bake in a 350 degree oven for 45 min
  • remove from oven, drain grease
  • combine soup, milk and mushrooms
  • pour over meat and bake 20 minutes longer

    Am a big lover of ground turkey as well...substitute it for beef all the time. I agree no difference and better for ya. lol guilt free meatloaf!
