Winter Horseradish Beef And Potatoes

Ingredients
- 1/4 Cup Prepared horseradish shopping list
- 3 Cups Diced stew beef (chicken or tofu can be substituted) shopping list
- 3 Cups Diced redskin potatoes shopping list
- 1 12-Oz. Jar beef gravy shopping list
- 1/4 Cup Fresh chopped parsley shopping list
How to make it
- Boil beef till tender in water, add potatoes and cook till tender, then discard water. To the hot meat and potatoes, add the gravy and heat thoroughly, then add the prepared horseradish and parsley.
