Ingredients

How to make it

  • Season fish with a little salt, fish sauce and pepper. Leave to marinade for 15 minutes.
  • Put the fish in the steamer. (foil, banana leaves can also ..)
  • Put all ingredients on top and bottom of the fish.
  • Steam for about 15-20 minutes. (make sure water already boiling)
  • Serve and eat while hot.

    These fish are hard to find in the Southern U.S. But I bet it would be a great way to cook Amberjack or Sheephead. \0
