- 1 large pomfret] shopping list
- 2 inch fresh ginger cut into matchsticks size shopping list
- 1 / 2 pineapple sliced thin shopping list
- 1 / 2 inch turmeric cut into matchsticks size shopping list

- 1 large onion cut and sliced into half rings. shopping list
- 3 cloves garlic crushed shopping list
- 2 teaspoon fish sauce shopping list
- 1 teaspoon coarse black pepper and a pinch of salt shopping list
- 1 carrot sliced into round shape 0.5cm shopping list
- 1 green chilli and 1 red chilli -chopped shopping list
- 1 tomato cuts into 8 shopping list
- * other veggies like cauliflower, brocolli, celery, etc can also be used. shopping list
How to make it
- Season fish with a little salt, fish sauce and pepper. Leave to marinade for 15 minutes.
- Put the fish in the steamer. (foil, banana leaves can also ..)
- Put all ingredients on top and bottom of the fish.
- Steam for about 15-20 minutes. (make sure water already boiling)
- Serve and eat while hot.

These fish are hard to find in the Southern U.S. But I bet it would be a great way to cook Amberjack or Sheephead. \0
