How to make it

  • Heat the oil in a medium skillet over high heat. Add cumin once it splutters add onion and saute till onion turn translucent.
  • Add the carrot and peas and cook for 2 mins. Add the boiled potatoes; salt and chilli powder. Mix it well and garnish with coriander leaves.
  • Layer the vegetable mixture between two slices of bread. Put the sandwich in the grill and grill until hot and crispy, about 4 minutes.
  • Cut the sandwich in 1/2 and serve immediately.
