Blueberry Lemon Green Smoothie

Raw, vegetarian, green smoothie with a lemony twist. Great way to get greens in your kids! Add more honey or maple syrup iif tart flavor is too strong for your liking. NOTE: This recipe contains raw egg which may cause a salmonella risk
Ingredients
- 2 handfuls of fresh spinach shopping list
- 1.5 cups of ice cubes shopping list
- 1 cup of blueberries (thawed frozen is ok) shopping list
- 2 eggs from safe, local, organic sources shopping list
- 2 Tbsp raw honey shopping list
- juice of 1/2 lemon shopping list
How to make it
- Put ingredients in blender as ordered above.
- Blend until ingredients are completely pureed and mixed.
- Pour into two glasses and serve immediately.
