Rocky Road Fudge Recipe

How to make it

  • 1) Combine butter, evaporated milk, sugar and salt in a sauce pan over medium heat. Bring to a boil. Cook 4-5 minutes stirring constantly. (Start cook time when mixture starts to bubble around the edges of the pan). Remove from heat.
  • 2)Stir in 2 cups of miniature marshmallows, chocolate chips, vanilla and nuts. Stir vigorously until the chocolate and marshmallows are melted and blended into mixture.
  • 3) Stir in rest of marshmallows. (Don't melt these in). Pour into a buttered 8 inch square pan. Add cherries by placing into mixture. Cool. Cut into squares.
