Buffalo Stromboli

- pizza dough (thawed) (I used store bough) shopping list
- 2 cans chunk chicken drained (there are some really good quality brands) shopping list
- 1/4 cup give or take of your favorite Franks hot sauce (we used the HOT wing sauce) shopping list
- 1/4 cup small diced onion (you could add some celary too) shopping list
- 1 clove of garlic crushed or small dice shopping list
- 2-3 Tablespoons of butter shopping list
- 1/4 cup crumbled bleu cheese shopping list
- 1/4 moz cheese shopping list
- bleu cheese salad dressing for dipping shopping list
- salt & pepper shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 400F
- Roll piza dough out to a rectangle shape to fit a cookie sheet (use some flour if it is sticky dough)
- let rest
- in a saucepan over med heat saute onions in butter
- add garlic and chicken season with s & p
- mix in hot sauce and take off heat
- If your dough shrunk roll out again
- take your chicken mixture and add to one end of dough away from edges
- sprinkle crumbled cheeses ontop
- to roll fold both sides over and then begin to roll chicken side to non chicken side pinch to create a seem or you could used some eggwhites
- make a few slits on top to release steam
- bake on foil or partchment on a cookie sheet
- cooking time will vary depending on how thin you rolled the dough. Start checking at 20 minutes
- Dough should be golden brown and when "knocked" on should have a hallow sound. Let rest five minutes (if you can for cheese to set and then slice. Serve with bleu cheese dressing for dipping. Enjoy!!!!
