How to make it

  • chill the tequila in the freezer until ready to pour over rocks.
  • chop the orange in half and remove the peel from one half and set aside.
  • lightly squeeze half of the orange over the rocks and firmly squeeze the lime till you have equal parts lime and orange juice.
  • cap the top off with two ounces of tequila
  • stirr
  • with the orange peel you have removed get a piece that is aprox. 1 inch by 1 inch
  • bend the ogange peel so the bright orange or rind is showning.
  • light the match holding it over the drink and pinch or sprits the orange peel and watch as the alcohol from the rind ignites
