Bacon and Cheese Quiche

- Serves 4
Nice flavor, good for brunch too. Good with a nice side salad.
Ingredients
- 1 9" Whole pie shell shopping list
- 6 slices bacon Cooked and crumbled shopping list
- 3 eggs shopping list
- 1 c Half and half shopping list
- 4 oz Shredded mozzarella cheese shopping list
- 4 oz Shredded sharp cheddar shopping list
- 1 Green onion; chopped shopping list
How to make it
- In a medium size bowl beat eggs. Blend in half and half. Add cheese and green onions, mixing well. Crumble bacon. Add to mixture. Mix well. Pour into pie shell. Bake for about 45-60 minutes til knife inserted in center comes out clean.
- *I like to use Mozz & Jack but whatever you like is fine. Even Swiss, (yuk). Make a nice salad to go with
