Ingredients

1-1/2 pounds smoked sausage cut into bite sized pieces

1 large white onion chopped

1 large bell pepper chopped

1 tablespoon minced garlic

24 ounce can tomato sauce

10 ounce can diced tomatoes with green chilies

1 can whole tomatoes

1 teaspoon Cajun seasoning

Directions

Add all ingredients in a skillet and simmer until tender and gravy is desired consistency.

Serve over white rice.
