How to make it

  • In a small bowl, combine yogurt, garlic, onion, cucumber, lemon zest, dill, oregano and paprika. Set aside.
  • Heat a large, non-stick frying pan over high heat, spray with a light coat of non-stick spray.
  • Add cabbage shreds and cook, stirring occasionally, 5 minutes. It should begin to brown and even blacken in areas.
  • Add salmon and toss through to heat thoroughly. Remove to your serving bowl(s).
  • Pour the yogurt mixture overtop of the cabbage mixture, toss lightly to coat.
  • Garnish with pepper to taste and serve immediately.
