How to make it
- Zest orange and mince zest then juice the orange.
- Remove string from rhubarb then chop rhubarb.
- Combine rhubarb, sugar, water, orange juice and half the zest in saucepan and bring to a boil.
- Turn heat to medium and cook 15 minutes.
- Chill and serve.
