How to make it

  • Zest orange and mince zest then juice the orange.
  • Remove string from rhubarb then chop rhubarb.
  • Combine rhubarb, sugar, water, orange juice and half the zest in saucepan and bring to a boil.
  • Turn heat to medium and cook 15 minutes.
  • Chill and serve.
