How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 350F.
  • Mix together coconut, flour, salt, pepper and garlic salt.
  • Dip chicken pieces in egg then roll in mixture.
  • Heat about 1/4 inch fat in heavy skillet.
  • Add chicken and brown on all sides.
  • Remove chicken and put into a shallow baking pan. Bake for about 30 mins. or until chicken is done.
