How to make it

  • Mix all well.
  • Shape into walnut sized balls.
  • Lay out on wax paper on cookie sheet and freeze.
  • Transfer to zip bags. How many per bag depending on family and meal size, and return to freezer.
  • Makes apx 120 or so depending on size.
  • To use:
  • Line baking dish with foil and non-stick spray.
  • Put frozen meatballs in single layer in pan.
  • Bake 425º 25 minutes

    I love having meatballs to keep in the freezer. When I make mine, I cook first then freeze. Then I either thaw them out in fridge, in the mirowave or put them in my sauce frozen while it simmers. Can never have enough meatballs...
