These are nice to have on hand in the freezer. I omitted the salt because I don't add salt to anything. When you want to use them, just bake as many as you need till done and add to the dish you are preparing. The number for servings is the number of meatballs. Ingredients
- 4 eggs shopping list
- 2 cups dry bread crumbs (or quick oats) shopping list
- ½ cup finely chopped onion shopping list
- 1 TBS. salt shopping list
- 2 tsp. worcestershire sauce shopping list
- ½ tsp. pepper shopping list
- 1 tsp. garlic powder shopping list
- 4 pounds ground beef shopping list
How to make it
- Mix all well.
- Shape into walnut sized balls.
- Lay out on wax paper on cookie sheet and freeze.
- Transfer to zip bags. How many per bag depending on family and meal size, and return to freezer.
- Makes apx 120 or so depending on size.
- To use:
- Line baking dish with foil and non-stick spray.
- Put frozen meatballs in single layer in pan.
- Bake 425º 25 minutes
