Ingredients
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 cups dry bread crumbs (or quick oats)
  • ½ cup finely chopped onion
  • 1 TBS. salt
  • 2 tsp. worcestershire sauce
  • ½ tsp. pepper
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • 4 pounds ground beef

Directions
  1. Mix all well.
  2. Shape into walnut sized balls.
  3. Lay out on wax paper on cookie sheet and freeze.
  4. Transfer to zip bags. How many per bag depending on family and meal size, and return to freezer.
  5. Makes apx 120 or so depending on size.
  6. To use:
  7. Line baking dish with foil and non-stick spray.
  8. Put frozen meatballs in single layer in pan.
  9. Bake 425º 25 minutes

I love having meatballs to keep in the freezer. When I make mine, I cook first then freeze. Then I either thaw them out in fridge, in the mirowave or put them in my sauce frozen while it simmers. Can never have enough meatballs...
