How to make it

  • Mix together the beef broth, brown sugar, oyster sauce, soy sauce, pepper,cornstarch and sesame seed oil. mix well then set aside.
  • Slice the tofu into bite size cubes. Fry them until golden brown. Place them on paper towels and set aside.
  • Pour off the cooking oil from the pan wherein you fried the tofu until only about 1 Tbsp remains.
  • Stir fry the beef slices until the surface is shiny and the edges starts to brown.
  • Add the minced garlic and sliced onions.Stir fry for about 30 sec.
  • Add the carrot slices and continue stir-frying for a minute.
  • Return the fried tofu cubes in the pan. Stir - fry.
  • Add the broth mixture in the pan. Cook until the sauce is thick.
  • Serve at once.
