How to make it

  • In a large hot skillet add the olive oil
  • Add beef, and andouille, saute 2 minutes
  • Add shrimp and blackening season, garlic and shallots
  • Saute 2 minutes and deglaze pan with wine, reduce by half
  • Add heavy cream, bring to a boil
  • Add remaining ingredients except cheese and pasta
  • When slightly reduced add cheese and pasta and toss together
