Quick And Easy Brownies Recipe

How to make it

  • 1.Melt butter over a double boiler&remove from heat & keep aside
  • 2.Stir in sugar,eggs,vanilla and beat well
  • 3.Add cocoa,flour,baking powder ,walnuts&chocolate chips( if using)and mix well(do not overmix)
  • 4.Spread the batter in a greased&dusted tin(8"square tin)
  • 5.Bake in a pre-heated oven @175 degree C for 20-25 mins.
  • 6.Brownies will be fudged on the outside and soft on the inside.serve warm.
