Swiss Spinach Sauce

- 4 slices of swiss cheese, finely chopped shopping list
- 1 Cup of shredded mozzarella shopping list
- 1-2 Cups finely chopped spinach shopping list
- 2 Tbs. butter shopping list
- 2 Tbs. olive oil shopping list
- 1/4 cup of milk (For thicker sauce use less) shopping list
- garlic powder shopping list
- Optional: a little juice from a lemon shopping list
How to make it
- In medium sized sauce pan, heat oil and butter
- Turn heat to medium
- Add both cheeses and milk
- Continue to stir slowly but constantly
- When cheese is fully melted:
- Add a dash of garlic powder (add lemon if desired)
- Stir in spinach
- Continue to slowly stir for 3-5 minutes
- Use immediately!
