How to make it

  • Combine ingredients of spice rub. Rub all over the ribs, cover tightly and refrigerate for 1 hour.
  • Preheat oven to 250 degrees. Roast the ribs, covered tightly with foil, for 3 hours.
  • Preheat grill to medium-high.
  • Stir all the sauce ingredients until sugar has dissolved. Set aside 1 cup of sauce. Brush the remaining sauce on both side of the roasted ribs. Grill the ribs, turning once, for a total of 15 minutes. Serve with reserved sauce.
  • Note: If you want to skip the grill. Brown the ribs on the stovetop. Prepare the sauce and baste the ribs every 20 minutes, while it roasts in the oven, and cook until tender.
