Indian Chinese Fried Rice

- Ingredients: shopping list
- Oil- 1 cup shopping list
- Mustard seeds- 1/2 spoon shopping list
- Jeera- 1/2 spoon shopping list
- egg-1 shopping list
- Shredded Cabage-1 cup shopping list
- Diagonally cut carrot-1 cup shopping list
- Half slit beans-1 cup shopping list
- minced ginger-1 spoon shopping list
- Minced garlic-1 spoon shopping list
- Sliced onion-1 shopping list
- Half slit green chilli-2 shopping list
- soya sauce-2 spoon shopping list
- vinegar-2 spoon shopping list
- Red chilli sauce-2-3 spoon shopping list
How to make it
- Method:
- Heat oil in a wok and splutter the mustard seeds and jeera.
- Fry in the vegetables for 2 minutes.
- Scramble the egg in oil and mix with the vegetables.
- Cook rice seperately with little salt and add in a pinch of saffron.
- Add the cooked rice in the vegetables.
- Add in the soya sauce, vinegar and red chillisauce.
- Allow till everything is well cooked.
- Garnish with minced coreander leaves and fried onions.
