Warm Pea Salad With Hazelnut Butter

- 2 tablespoons butter shopping list
- 1/3 cup hazelnuts, toasted, peeled and coarsely chopped shopping list
- pinch of salt and freshly ground pepper shopping list
- 1 lb sugar snap peas, trimmed shopping list
- 1 lb snow peas, trimmed shopping list
- 2 1/2 cups frozen peas shopping list
How to make it
- Melt butter in pan over medium heat.
- Add hazelnuts.
- Cook, stirring occasionally until butter is golden brown.
- Meanwhile, bring a large saucepan of salted water to boil.
- Cook sugar and snow peas for about 3 minutes.
- Add frozen peas and cook for 3 to 5 minutes until hot and peas are tender;
- drain well. Return to saucepan.
- Add butter mixture.
- Stir to coat
