How to make it

  • Heat up grill 250 - 275 degrees coals or heat on one side of a big grill (I prefer charcoal).
  • Mix 12 oz hot sauce, 3/4 cup salad dressing, 2 Tbsp, Jamaican Jerk, 1 tbsp garlic salt, chopped jalapenos, 1 tbsp chili powder, 1 tsp cayenne, 1/4 cup syrup, 1 tsp ground mustard, & 4 tbsp spicey mustard.
  • Place frozen chicken wings ( I have found that this produces a moist wing with more of a smoke flavor) opposite coals close lid for 5 min.
  • Coat wings with Italian Salad Dressing then shake on chicken rub stir to cover wings (depending on size of grill wings might be piled up this will be ok) close lid.
  • Open cold beer & kick back and relax.
  • After 30 min toss wings and check coals add as needed.
  • Splash on more salad dressing close the lid.
  • Get another beer and chat with friends do not check the wings for 1 hour.
  • Toss wings check coals add as needed close lid do not check for 1 hour unless coals need to be added.
  • Yes get another cold one keep everyone from opening the grill.
  • Check wings they should have a brown grilled appearance and the meat should pull from the bone.
  • In a large bowl place 1/2 the wings and pour part of the sauce over the wings and toss to cover wings, repeat on remaining wings place back on the grill for 15 min.
  • Wings are ready to serve with blue cheese or ranch dressing.
  • Any leftover sauce can be refrigerated.
  • Hint: Grilling time can vary with outside temps and consistant grill temp. If thawed wings are used cooking times will be less but I feel that they are not as moist.
