Sauteed Spinach with lemon and white wine

- Fresh baby spinach shopping list
- salt shopping list
- pepper shopping list
- olive oil (Extra Virgin) shopping list
- Pamelo (if you can find it) Sauvinon Blanc - this is white with a hint of lemon. Else, use a dry white wine and add lemon juice. shopping list
How to make it
- Heat skillet to med high
- Add Olive Oil
- Swirl olive to coat pan
- Once heated, add spinach and mix to coat with oil
- Add salt and pepper
- Once the spinach cooks down, add wine
- Serve hot
