Ingredients
  • 1 Box Jiffy Corn Mix
  • 1 Large 14 oz Can Creamed Corn - approx. 14 oz
  • 1 Large 14 oz Can Regular Corn (drained) -
  • 2 Egg whites
  • 1/2 Cup Melted Butter
  • 1 cup light sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheese - optional
  • 1 cup bacon - optional

Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 350
  2. Mix all of the ingredients in a large bowl
  3. Using a buttered baking dish, pour in mixture
  4. Bake on 350 for approximately 45 minutes to 1 hour until center is smooth.
  5. ENJOY!
