Spinach And Cheese Tortellini Soup

This was on the Rachael Ray Show the other day and is fabulous! It takes minutes to make and it's healthy, comforting and easy!
Ingredients
- 1 box chicken stock or broth shopping list
- 1 package fresh cheese tortellini (i used whole wheat) shopping list
- 1/2 bunch of fresh spinach (I rough chopped it) shopping list
- zest of 1 lemon shopping list
- handful of parmesan cheese shopping list
How to make it
- Bring stock up to a boil
- Cook pasta according to directions
- Drop in spinach and stir until combined and wilted
- Remove from heat
- Add zest of one lemon
- Serve in bowls
- Add parmesan cheese to each bowlful!
