Artichoke Pizza

- 5 garlic cloves, peeled shopping list
- 1/4 to 1/3 cup olive oil shopping list
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms, sauteed shopping list
- 3 Tablespoons chopped fresh basil shopping list
- 1 (6-oz.) jar marinated artichoke hearts -- drained & chopped shopping list
- 1 cup sliced black olives shopping list
- 1/2 cp sliced green onions shopping list
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese (more if you like shopping list
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese shopping list
How to make it
- You can use frozen bread dough or make your own.
- chop the garlic very fine or use pre chopped garlic.
- Mix garlic and olive oil together.
- Saute mushrooms in small amount of olive oil
- chop olives, onions and artichoke hearts
- mix together with basil
- spread dough on large pizza pan or cookie sheet. spread olive oil and garlic mixture over dough. Spread veggie mixture over garlic and oil. sprinkle with parmesian and mozzerella. Bake in a 425 oven about 15 to 20 minutes or untill crust is golden and cheese has started to get bubbly and brown. Yum Yum. I always serve this with a nice big green salad.
