Glazed Pork Medallions

- 1 pork tenderloin (1-1/4 lb) shopping list
- 1/4 tsp salt shopping list
- 1/3 c reduced sugar orange marmelade shopping list
- 2 tsp cider vinegar shopping list
- 2 tsp worcestershire sauce shopping list
- 1/2 tsp minced fresh gingerroot shopping list
- 1/8 tsp crushed red pepper flakes shopping list
How to make it
- Cut pork in 1' slices and flatten to 1/4" thickness,sprinkle with salt. In large non-stick skillet,coated with spray,cook pork in batches over med-high until juices run clear. Reduce heat to low;return all meat to the pan. Combine the remaining ingredients;pour over pork and turn to coat. Heat through
