Rooster with Red Sauce and Lasagna

- 1 rooster about 1200 gr. shopping list
- 1 dry onion shopping list
- 1 can chopped tomatoes or better 4 fresh tomatoes shopping list
- 10 cherry tomatoes shopping list
- 1 / 2 cup red wine shopping list
- 6 table spoon olive oil shopping list
- 1 t.spoon salt shopping list
- 1 pinch of sugar shopping list
- 1 cinnamon stick shopping list
- 2-3 grains allspice shopping list
- 1 packet lasagna shopping list
- 200 gr. cheese shopping list
- 2 table spoon butter shopping list
How to make it
- * Cut the rooster in pieces, pat them dry and fry with olive oil until golden brown.
- * Add the chopped onion and sauté them together for another 5 minutes while stirring.
- * Pour the wine and let it take a boil.
- * Pour the chopped tomatoes, sugar, cinnamon, the allspice and salt along with 2-3 cups hot water and let the rooster to simmer for 1 1/2 hour.
- * Boil the lasagna in salted water and strain.
- * Grate the cheese and fry with the butter in a non-stick frying pan.
- * Mix the lasagna with butter and cheese and serve with the rooster and tomato sauce on the top.
