How to make it

  • In large resealable plastic bag,combine flour,rosemary,thyme and pepper. Add turkey;seal bag and shake to coat. In large nonstick skillet,coated with cooking spray,cook turkey in oil over med. heat for 2-4 mins on each side or till juices run clear. Remove and keep warm.
  • Add wine to skillet;cook and sir 30 seconds,stirring to looosen browned bits from pan. Combine cornstarch and broth till smooth;stir into skillet.
  • Add sour cream and mustard;heat through. Bring to a boil;cook and stir for 2 mins or till slightly thickened. Pour over turkey;sprinkle with paprika if desired.
