Turkey Scallopini

- 1/3 c flour shopping list
- 1/4 tsp dried rosemary,crushed shopping list
- 1/4 tsp dried thyme shopping list
- 1/8 tsp white pepper shopping list
- 1 pkg (17.6 oz.) turkey breast cutlets shopping list
- 4 tsp canola oil shopping list
- 1/4 c white wine shopping list
- 1/2 tsp cornstarch shopping list
- 1/3 c reduced-sodium chicken broth shopping list
- 1/2 c reduced-fat sour cream shopping list
- 1 tsp spicy brown mustard shopping list
How to make it
- In large resealable plastic bag,combine flour,rosemary,thyme and pepper. Add turkey;seal bag and shake to coat. In large nonstick skillet,coated with cooking spray,cook turkey in oil over med. heat for 2-4 mins on each side or till juices run clear. Remove and keep warm.
- Add wine to skillet;cook and sir 30 seconds,stirring to looosen browned bits from pan. Combine cornstarch and broth till smooth;stir into skillet.
- Add sour cream and mustard;heat through. Bring to a boil;cook and stir for 2 mins or till slightly thickened. Pour over turkey;sprinkle with paprika if desired.
