Ingredients

  • Crust
  • 750 g flour
  • 500g butter
  • 250g sugar
  • 2 beaten eggs
  • Filling
  • large apple peeled and cut into chunks
  • Cranberries halfway up sides of pan
  • Custard Sauce
  • 3 eggs
  • 125 ml whipping cream
  • 60g sugar
  • Topping
  • 1/4cup of each Brown sugar, oats, and flour
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1 tsp cinnamon

Directions
  1. Preheat oven 350*
  2. Crust
  3. Combine flour and sugar cut in butter add beaten eggs press into pan
  4. Filling
  5. Layer apple and cranberries over crust
  6. Custard
  7. Beat eggs mix in cream and sugar
  8. Pour over apples and cranberries
  9. Topping
  10. combine dry cut in butter set aside
  11. Bake without topping 25 minutes
  12. Sprinkle topping over and bake another 15 minutes 40 minutes total until knife comes out clean
  13. Cool
