- 250g sugar shopping list
- 2 beaten eggs shopping list
- Filling shopping list
- large apple peeled and cut into chunks shopping list
- cranberries halfway up sides of pan shopping list
- custard Sauce shopping list
- 3 eggs shopping list
- 125 ml whipping cream shopping list
- 60g sugar shopping list
- Topping shopping list
- 1/4cup of each brown sugar, oats, and flour shopping list
- 1/4 cup butter shopping list
- 1 tsp cinnamon shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven 350*
- Crust
- Combine flour and sugar cut in butter add beaten eggs press into pan
- Filling
- Layer apple and cranberries over crust
- Custard
- Beat eggs mix in cream and sugar
- Pour over apples and cranberries
- Topping
- combine dry cut in butter set aside
- Bake without topping 25 minutes
- Sprinkle topping over and bake another 15 minutes 40 minutes total until knife comes out clean
- Cool
