How to make it

  • Peel the beet, carrots and cauliflower
  • cut each beet in two or three pieces, you don't want them too small
  • same for the carrots
  • cut the cauliflower into matching sized pieces
  • cut off the tips of the garlic and the shallots, do not peel
  • toss all into a baking bowl
  • add the olive oil and the salt
  • cover the top of the bowl
  • bake in preheated oven of 250 degrees Celcius for 120 min

    Alrighty Now...I guess you would be having everyone seeing 'Red' with this recipe.

    I have not combined all these veggies together..

    ~but~

    Why not?

    I've been told my bubble is a little left of center,so,I'll try this...just because.

    Thank-you for this different and unique first recipe,looking forward to many more.
