How to make it

  • Cut the spinach into two-inch lengths. Separate the stalks from the leaves because you will add them consecutively in stir frying.
  • Heat the cooking oil in a skillet, Saute the garlic and onions.
  • Add the chilies and continue sauteing for about a minute.
  • Add the sausages and cook until lightly browned.
  • Pour in the sweet soy sauce. Stir until it caramelize.
  • Pour in the rice wine. Stir well.
  • Add the spinach`s stalks first. Cover the pan until they start to soften.
  • Then add the spinach`s leaves. Cover again until the leaves start to wilt.
  • Serve hot. Sprinkle toasted garlic bits on top.
