Phroggs Mild Cajun Chili

- ground beef or venison shopping list
- 14.5oz can tomato sauce shopping list
- 1 bell pepper(green or red) shopping list
- 1 vidalia onion(large and finely chopped) shopping list
- 2 envelopes chili seasoning mix shopping list
- 3 envelopes brown gravy mix shopping list
- 1/2 cup of worchestershire sauce shopping list
- salt and pepper to taste shopping list
- add your favorite peppers to crank up the heat! shopping list
How to make it
- Cook ground beef in an 8 qt pot till all blood is cooked out and drain, DO NOT SEAR!
- add tomato sauce, onions, peppers, brown gravy, worchestershire sauce, chili seasoning, salt and pepper
- add 8 cups of water
- bring to a boil,
- reduce heat to medium low, about 3 on an electric stove
- cook, for 2 hours covered stirring occasionally
- serve over any corn chip flavored or plain.
